		<description>Its already happened to a retired University of Tennessee engineering professor who came back from a trip to China where he spoke at at a school where he is an honorary faculty member.  Search warrants were then executed on home and office. The good professor  holds patents and has published articles about the things that worry ICE.</description>

		<description>Also what about the access to technical data granted by the laptop? Most corporate laptops have VPN access built in which allows for access to the home office network. How will BIS ensure that travelers will not download technical data onto their laptops once abroad? For that matter how will the compliance officers manage a requirement like that?</description>
