		<description>The US Military/Dept. of State&#039;s Georgia Train and Equip Program, (now, I think, know as the GSSOP program), in place since 2002, has been scheduled for contractual termination.  This may or may not mean that it will actually close, as USG contracts are fairly often scheduled for termination but spared at the last moment.  However, as the program imports weapons and munitions to Georgia as part of the training, this potentially supports the rumor.  I&#039;d be very interested in any other news on this topic.</description>
