Its kind of curious that the charging letter was dated July 24th and the Order was signed August 1st. Either LockMart rolled back on its heels faster than a 14th Street hooker, or the charging letter as well as the Order were negotiated in advance. How many small businesses get that sort of consideration? But then, its getting to the end of an Administration, and the folks at DDTC have to look forward to their next job, which couldn't possibly at any place less than a major defense contractor. Oh no, that would be unthinkable.

With the Roth trial in just a couple of weeks, any one who has done this nonsense has to wonder just how much the big guys have gotten away with, while DDTC pluses up its body count by going after the little folks who can't afford millions for defense: Their own defense that is, against the folks in their own government, which looks down upon them, in hopes of gaining acceptance by the big defence contractors.
