		<description>I know the US Government and some US commentators beleive they own the world, this clearly shows that there are pockets of resistance to US world domination.

If the purpose of the ITAR is to stop US technology getting into the hands of those who may use it against the US or its allies in this instance they are too late.

These people could have gone almost anywhere and purchased the engine if it is widely placed in the worldwide commercial sector.

If you are not a US person this looks a lot like a restriction on trade rather than a control of dangerous dual use or military equipment.</description>

So a US supplier sends a part to P&amp;WC for the commercial engine and P&amp;WC turns and sells the commercial engine to China Military, happens all the time and not just to China.  How is the US supplier to know what engine goes commercial and what one goes military when it is the same darn engine?

By the way, the same engine family is used in the JPATS T-6 Texan II and Hawker King Air family.</description>
