		<description>DDTC&#039;s case was certainly enhanced by Dow Corning&#039;s proactive notification to its customers.  Kudos to Dow Corning.  Hopefully State will use this as a &quot;sales&quot; opportunity to further encourage this type of proactive behavior.</description>
