		<description>Well, since Ardebili pleaded guilty it would be hard for him to raise any defense based on Yakou or extraterritorial application of the AECA.  However, the Yakou court held that the Brokering Amendment to the Arms Export Control Act wasn&#039;t intended to reach foreign persons in foreign countries.  One could argue from that holding that the rest of the Arms Export Control Act wasn&#039;t intended to cover actions by foreign persons in foreign countries.</description>
